Professional Summary: Tombo Milliken specializes in a wide range of real estate sectors, including commercial and industrial properties, development land for single- and multi-family projects, investment land, timberland, and recreational tracts. His notable accomplishments include assembling 775 acres for Pineview Industrial Park in southeast Columbia and 668 acres for the proposed Northeast Industrial Park in Blythewood, SC. He regularly partners with local, regional, and national builders to identify sites suited for residential development and, alongside his father, played a key role in the complex sale of Goodwill Plantation and Cook’s Mountain as part of a mitigation plan for Haile Gold Mine—working closely with state agencies and nonprofit groups throughout the process. Tombo and his father also support financial institutions and REITs with the disposition of special assets, and in 2015 their team sold more than 4,256 acres valued at over $31.6 million across multiple land categories. A Columbia native, Thomas “Tombo” Milliken, Jr. previously spent 17 years as Vice President of Employee Benefits at BB&T Boyle Vaughan before joining NAI Columbia. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
